Shipping Policy
Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is free! Priority shipping upgrades (2-3 business days) are available for an additional charge.
JJ Kenbri currently ships to the contiguous United States.
Products are shipped directly from our print and fulfillment center. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can taken an additional 7-12 business days. (Shipping estimates do not include production time of 2-5 business days.)
Return & Exchange Policy
We send love and light along with all our products and desire your satisfaction with them so please reach out to us if you have questions. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges in the event that one provides incomplete or incorrect shipping information, orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind. However, in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we can offer a replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
